Promoting customer service excellence in the third world countries on global standards is among GSQI’s most important objectives. GSQI has instituted a series of global awards for hi-impact professionals and best-performing organizations in the area of Customer Service.
All these awards are based on a rigorous evaluation of a nominee’s Strategic Brilliance; Industry Impact; and Thought Leadership – displayed during a particular year. The awards carry citations, trophies and prizes and are given away in special award events organized in various countries.

- The GSQI International Customer Service Excellence Awards for Organizations.
- GSQI Regional Customer Service Excellence Awards for Organizations. Key zones approved for awards include:

The GSQI International and Regional Customer Service Awards bouquets have provision for recognizing customer service excellence in verticals like manufacturing, banking, insurance, education, healthcare, telecommunication, public utilities, entertainment and organized retailing. Further, there are special awards for not-for profit and charitable organizations as well.
Beginning October 2013, GSQI formally becomes a member of the CredForce worldwide network and all ground-support, research assistance; footprint & partner management; awards credentialing process handling and evaluation coordination activities for GSQI awards will be managed by the globally distributed shared services network of the CredForce worldwide network.
