The GSQI Training Partner Program

The GSQI Training Partner Program

Though GSQI does not offer any training anywhere in the world, it is in the process of developing its network of training partners (GTP) partners worldwide. Currently, GSQI is preparing to offer certifications through the GSQI network in 50+ countries across more than 500 locations.

GSQI helps GTPs establish state-of-the-art training operations including support on sourcing globally relevant content and pedagogy techniques from knowledge and content companies. In many locations, GSQI’s researchers have even helped GTPs develop need-specific training products embedded with GSQI certifications founded on GSQI’s sacrosanct Common Body of Knowledge.

The GSQ™ Training Partner (GTP) Program

As a Certification Training Provider (GTP), a training organization can multiply its business possibilities in selected geographies by offering Certification Training to all categories of GSQI Certification aspirants – whether they are experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE professionals or fresh graduates, aspiring for a career in CUSTOMER SERVICE. The GTP obtains GSQI permission to deal in all GSQI pre- and post-experience Certification Programs and is authorized to deliver the entire range of services surrounding GSQI Certifications – from Advocacy & Marketing, to Registration and Training and in certain cases, even administration of pre-certification GSQI Assessments. On its part, GSQI offers complete assistance in setting up all aspects of certification training operations. In addition, if there is a need, GSQI content partners provide the required reading and trainer support material. In fact, GSQI has one of the best Partner Assistance programs anywhere in the world.

Following are four levels of the new GSQI GTP Partner Program:

Trans-Global GTP Partners

The Trans-Global GTP partner obtains rights from GSQI to operate business in select number of countries across the world, as GSQI authorized Trans-Global GTP partners. Trans-Global GTPs are authorized to appoint their own business partners and conduct business from unlimited number of locations across chosen countries. GSQI, however, is free to appoint Global GTP partners in a cluster of these countries sharing borders and also smaller partners in each of these countries (called Network GTP partners). The Network partners usually report to and are serviced by National GTP partners, but in cases, where there are no National GTP partners, the Global or the Trans-global partners may be asked to lead these network partners.

Global GTP Partners

The Global GTP partners obtain rights from GSQI to operate business in a select number of countries in a certain geographic zone – ideally a cluster of neighboring countries. They are authorized to recruit maximum three of their own business partners in each country, and conduct business from maximum FIVE locations in each of the countries chosen for business. GSQI is free to recruit other business partners in these countries who in turn, can conduct business from any number of locations in them. The Global GTP Partners report to and are serviced either by the Trans-Global GTP partner operating in the region or directly by GSQI.

National GTP Partners

The National GTP partner obtains rights from GSQI to operate business in a single country. GSQI appoints only one National GTP Partner in a country. It is authorized to appoint its own business partners and conduct business from unlimited number of locations within the country. GSQI, however, is free to appoint smaller partners in this country called Network GTP partners – and these partners report to and are serviced by the immediately higher-designated GTP partner in the region - National/ Global/ Trans-Global GTP partner.

Network GTP Partners

The Network GTP Partners obtain rights from GSQI to operate business in one country. They are authorized to recruit maximum THREE of their own business partners in the country of operations and can conduct business from maximum FIVE locations in the country chosen for business. GSQI is free to recruit other Network GTP Partners in the country. All Network GTP Partners report to and are serviced either by the immediately higher-designated GTP partner in the region - National/ Global/ Trans-Global GTP partner – or directly by GSQI, in their absence.

In addition to the aforesaid partnership possibilities, the GSQI charter also provisions for the appointment of National Apex Partners (NAPs) in countries and regions. The NAP Program is only open for Government / non-government Nodal bodies; Private/ Government Industry Associations; Technology & Industrial Parks; Chambers of Commerce and other organizations, that intend to promote large scale workforce breeding or systems development for customer service excellence; and are mandated to promote the growth of CUSTOMER SERVICE industry in a nation or a region or internationally through their advocacy and research activities.

Extending the most comprehensive mandate possible under its charter, GSQI authorizes NAPs to create their own centers of excellence for CUSTOMER SERVICE Training and consulting, appoint Institutional GTPs, Network GTPs, Audit Partners and Advocacy Partners in their respective permitted geographies and also promote and market GSQI Enterprise and Professional Certifications.
