Certified Customer Service Associate (CCSA™)

CCSA™ Program

Available across 50+ countries, the Certified Customer Service Program (CCSA™) is one of the world’s most powerful international qualifications for career starters in the Customer Service profession. Successful completion of the program leads to the award of the CCSA™ credential and a permission to use the CCSA™ designation. CCSA™ certified professionals have proven knowledge and competence to function in multiple roles including front-desk officers in hotels and banks etc.; customer service executives in contact centers and back-offices and telemarketing professionals in call centers and internal sales departments of organizations.

CCSA™ becomes the world’s most comprehensive Customer Service qualification because of its rigorous inclusion of all possible knowledge and competence aspects: Customer Service skills; sales & teleselling; keyboarding; computer operations; language & communication and role awareness.

CCSA™ is awarded to individuals who successfully complete the requirements for this qualification as prescribed by the GSQI Professional Certification Board (GPCB). These requirements primarily include qualifying the online CCSA™ examinations organized worldwide in various authorized GSQI centers on dates specified in the GSQI Assessments Calendar.

Preparation for CCSA™ examinations can either be done through self-study, or by training with any of the authorized GSQI Training Providers.
