CCSA™ Training & Preparation Completion Requirements

To become eligible for taking the CCSA™ certification examinations, a registrant has to collect at least 35 Preparation Completion Credits (PCCs) – equivalent to 140 hours of learning. This learning can be either through self-study or through training under a GSQI authorized training provider.

Classroom Training

A vast majority of CCSA™ registrants choose to learn and prepare for their examinations by training with authorized GSQI Training Providers. The GSQI network of Training Providers extends worldwide and the very best of training organizations, universities and learning centers deliver training aligned to the international HCMS21 standards of GSQI.

CCSA™ registrants are automatically directed to the authorized GSQI training provider nearest to them in their geography. Registrants, who are students of a GSQI partner university, get automatically registered in their university’s ICOS™ (International Center for Outsourcing Studies). All CCSA™ registrants get complete assistance in learning through online resources and printed reading material provided by a GSQI partner and published by Wiley International, the world’s leading publisher. The PCC accumulation exercise for these registrants is handled by Training providers under whom registrants train. The PCCs have to be collected well before the date of the CCSA™ Certification Examination, which registrants and their training providers have selected during the application process.

Self-Study

CCSA™ registrants can choose to learn and prepare on their own for their examinations. They can do so with the help of online resources and printed reading material provided by a GSQI partner. In order to complete the PCC requirement in the self-study mode, CCSA™ registrants have to complete online declarations regarding their study program after every module. These are available on www.gsqi.org. The PCCs have to be collected well before the date of the CCSA™ Certification Examination, which registrants have selected during the application process.
