Successful completion of the program leads to the award of the CCSS™ credential and a permission to use the CCSS™ designation. CCSS™ certified professionals have proven knowledge and competence to function in multiple roles including front-desk officers in hotels and banks etc.; customer service executives in contact centers and back-offices and telemarketing professionals in call centers and internal sales departments of organizations.

CCSS™ is awarded to individuals who successfully complete the requirements for this qualification as prescribed by the GSQI Professional Certification Board (GPCB). These requirements primarily include qualifying the online CCSS™ examinations organized worldwide in various authorized GSQI centers on dates specified in the GSQI Assessments Calendar.
Preparation for CCSS™ examinations can either be done through self-study, or by training with any of the authorized GSQI Training Providers.
