The Certified Customer Service Leader (CCSL™) is one of the most powerful credentials of its kind globally for senior customer service professionals heading their departments. Though there are no online examinations for CCSL™, applicants have to submit proofs of experience and also a dissertation-assignment to complete the requirements as prescribed by the GSQI Professional Certification Board (GPCB). Successful applicants are awarded the CCSL™ credential and a permission to use the CCSL™ designation.
