  1. To complete their eligibility for CCSM™ Award consideration by GSQI, all CCSM™ registrants have to furnish online their curriculum vitae in prescribed GBCB format.
  2. There are NO conventional online examinations prescribed for CCSM™ by the GBCB. Instead, the following submissions are required to be made.
    • Your latest Curriculum Vitae in the format available on the application section of the GSQI portal
    • Dissertation
    • Situation Response Test/ Assignment
    • Change & Impact Experience Report
    • Photographs
  3. A typical Report would have a word-count of 7000-10000. The Dissertation, however shall not be less than 10000 words. The format and structure of the assignments and the dissertations shall be provided after the completion of registration.
  4. Each of the 6-8 Case Situations will have to be responded within 200 words.
