The Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM™) is available across 50+ countries for Customer Service managers and Supervisors working in the Customer Service industry and also in environments where skilled teams handle documentation, data, information, interact with customers and deliver other backoffice services through well-defined processes.
This certifications is currently available ONLY as an upgrade for professionals who have attained global certifications like CCSS™ (GSQI) and CBTS™ (GSQI) or equivalent with at least a 5-year track record in the Customer Service function in respected organizations. Though there are no online examinations for CCSM™, applicants have to submit proofs of experience and also a dissertation-assignment to complete the requirements as prescribed by the GSQI Professional Certification Board (GPCB). Successful applicants are awarded the CCSM™ credential and a permission to use the CCSM™ designation.
