Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM™)

CCSM™ Candidacy Requirements

Candidacy requirements define the parameters on the basis of which an applicant shall be evaluated fit for applying for a particular GSQI certification. Candidacy requirements will vary across certifications.

Educational Requirements

Applicants for CCSM™ should have a decent exposure to computer-use and have at least completed 14 years of formal education at the time of applying for CCSM™. In fact, in many Asian and African countries, applicants with an undergraduate degree or those who are just graduating out of the university have often proven to be better prepared for harnessing their CCSM™ qualification - than their counterparts who are yet to go to university or college.

Professional / Work Requirements

GSQI prescribes a minimum of 5 years of experience as a team member or as a senior agent or as a senior associate in a Customer Service organization or in work-places with process-driven service delivery system.

Age

An applicant should have completed minimum 26 years of age at the time of applying for CCSM™. There is no upper age bar, however for any GSQI certification program.

GSQI is free to demand documentary proofs for the above from an applicant and reserves the rights to reject the candidacy of an applicant at any point of time during the application process in event it is found that the applicant has supplied false information in his/ her application form.
